We are shipping as usual following COVID safe practices. Currently there are delays with auspost due to the pandemic. Express post is generally taking an extra day.

We use Australia post for delivery so please check their website for estimated delivery times. Parcels are sent from Melbourne.
You can choose standard shipping or express post at checkout.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.
Standard shipping is free and Express shipping is available for $5 within Australia if you spend over $100.
We will provide you a tracking number when your order has been posted. Please note the $2.80 standard shipping rate does not include tracking.
We have rates set up for shipping to North America, New Zealand, Europe and Singapore using auspost standard shipping. Tracking will be included. Currently there are major delays due to flight restrictions. You will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable on delivery in your country.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
